Turning a supplement into a brand that speaks the owner’s language.
The category is either clinical or cutesy — neither matches what the owner actually feels.
Pet supplements split into two camps: brands that look clinical but cold, and brands that look cute but unserious. Neither matches the owner’s real state — worried, and looking for a decision. We built the strategy on the owner’s moment rather than the formula. Product names are written in human language while the clinical detail sits in full on the back of the label, so the brand stays both credible and approachable.
Logotype, a label system, box design and an extendable colour scheme for the range.
