A visible identity for a service nobody sees.
In import–export the client sees the result, never the service. Trust rests on first impressions.
In foreign trade the buyer never sees the service — only the result and how the company presents itself. The biggest risk in the category is looking like a middleman: temporary, small, replaceable. The strategy was to produce signals of permanence and scale. A black ground, a mark of three forward-leaning bars and a single red accent: corporate without being cold, a firm that reads as established at first glance.
The mark, a corporate identity set, building signage and a proposal template.
